Experience big-city excitement without the big-city hassle! Downtown Grand Rapids offers a huge range of entertainment, dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities, all within a 10-minute walk. You’ll encounter clean, safe streets and friendly people – beginning with our roving Safety Ambassadors, who traverse downtown on foot, bicycle, and Segway. Just flag one down if you need assistance, directions, a map or anything else. Look for the bright teal and blue uniforms!

Workshops

CALEA provides workshops to all attendees on the accreditation process and various public safety topics from Wednesday morning to Friday afternoon. All workshops are conducted in English unless otherwise noted. Please visit the workshop section often for details.

Exhibitors

The CALEA Conference Exhibition Hall offers industry suppliers a marketplace where decision makers can view, examine, and compare products available for their use in Public Safety. A special “Meet with the Exhibitors” Break is scheduled during the conference. Space is available, see the Exhibitors Section for details.
